Ok, so some of you may be offended by this tongue in cheek video – but I have to tell you that I laughed out loud a few times! I remember what it was like to be brand new at my church and feeling like I was out of the loop.
Of course there’s no right or wrong way to enter into praise and worship. Clap if you want to or don’t, I’m not going to judge you.

This little ‘giggle; video brought back so many funny memories of my own efforts at trying to teach people how to worship in the early 70′s. Children were much easier and exuberant, like these fellows. I cracked up so much my husband had to close the door. Thanks for sharing this hilarious depiction of what sometimes can be a very somber event. I am sure God got a laugh out of this one along with me.
I really enjoyed this video. I’ve been listening to some of the early radio shows today, and I am renewed in my desire to understand the lord. I don’t feel comfortable calling myself Christian yet, but the more I learn about Chrisitanity the more I want to be a Christian. The next step for me is to find a church, but it feels daunting since I’ve never been a member of one, and I’m not sure what to look for.
TY for this post! I thought it hilarious. Just like Susan it reminded me of my own uncertainty when I first attended services, especially the clapping and dancing LOL
Loved this clip, really very funny, who said as Christians we are not allowed to make fun of ourselfs………………
As a relatively new Christian and learning to worship God freely in new (and wonderful) ways I thought this was hysterical. How many times have I felt uncomfortable raising my hands when I feel the urge? But now I just ask myself, what if the Lord were right here (which he is) and how would I act? If I can clap and carry on at a concert or ballgame, how much more appropriate is it to sing, dance and give our Lord praise?!
Thanks for the hearty giggle!
Oh my! Thanks for the laughs.
I remember feeling that way when I first began to attend my church!
Now, I can dance, clap hands, sing out loud , etc. without any inhibitions.
Worshipping the King of Kings is awesome!!!
HILARIOUS. Aren’t we funny?
